Capacity Building on Succession Planning

The Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector is collaborating with the Office of the Commissioner for VOs (OCVO) and Mr Lawrence Zammit to provide a training session dedicated to Succession Planning. Please find more details regarding the training below:

During this workshop, we will explore how voluntary organisations can plan for the future to ensure that there is an effective succession process. We will explore what hinders succession planning and good practices which may be adopted to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organisation.

Deadline to submit your registration is 30th May 2024 – noon.

Each voluntary organisation may apply for a maximum of 2 volunteers. Each training session will have an intake of a maximum of 40 participants, hence we encourage VOs to submit their application as soon as possible to secure your spot.
