Sip, savour and soak in nature
Join the second event of the series "Sip, Savour and Soak in nature" on August 18th!
Join the next event of a series of summer get-togethers organised by BirdLife Malta! It will be held at Salina Nature Reserve on Friday 18th August starting at 7pm.
During the event, two very different but equally interesting topics will be covered.
- Stanley Gatt from the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) will give an overview of the history of environmental legislation in the Maltese Islands, focusing on habitat and bird protection.
- Well-renowned wildlife photographer Mr Guido Bonett will follow up with a presentation titled “Eight legs, six legs, four legs and no legs too”, through which he will take you on a journey in the fascinating world of insects, reptiles and amphibians, amongst others.
Entrance is totally free and open to all.
Please mark yourself as ‘GOING’ on BirdLife's Facebook event so that they get an indication of how many participants to expect!
Following the presentations, participants can then unwind on the Salina terrace where drinks will be served.
