The Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector is collaborating with Mr Orlando Bonnici to deliver training in marketing at both beginner level and advanced level.

Marketing – Beginner level

Content:

  1. Social Media Management
    History of Social Media
    How can NGOs positively use Social Media
    Basic metrics on social media, growth, reach and audiences.
  2. Basic Marketing Concepts for NGOs
    What is Marketing and Branding and how can we use them as an NGO
    Drafting a basic marketing plan
    Designing a basic Social Media plan in line with your marketing plan
  3. Content Creation and Management
    Identifying which social media is best to use and how to use it effectively.
    Best practices for maintaining a consistent and effective online presence.
    Finding your right audience and how to maximise engagement with them.
  4. Member Engagement and Growth
    The work in keep on growing on social media
    Utilizing social media and other online tools to grow membership and support.
    Understanding the international dimension of working on social media.

    Producing engaging content that tells the story of your organization.
    Best practices for maintaining a consistent and effective online presence.
    Tools and resources for content scheduling and analytics.
  4. Member Engagement and Growth
    Strategies for increasing volunteer and donor engagement through digital platforms.
    Utilizing social media and other online tools to grow membership and support.
    Techniques for nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Deadline to submit your registration is 29th January 2025 – noon.

Each voluntary organisation may apply for a maximum of 2 volunteers, nonetheless each participant is to submit their individual registration form with their personal details. Each training session will have an intake of a maximum of 40 participants; hence we encourage VOs to submit their application as soon as possible to secure their spot.
