Space for VOs at the Malta Trade Fair 2024

The Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector will be participating again with a stand at this year's Malta Trade Fair, which is being held between Thursday 27th June and Sunday 7th July 2024 everyday between 18.30 and 23.00. The aim is to promote the VO sector and volunteering in practice by giving space to VOs to promote their work directly.

In view of this, MCVS will be providing space to different Voluntary Organisations every day on its stand, where they may also promote their organisation and perform demos and visual representations.

How to apply

Interested VOs who would like a space on the stand need to register by not later than noon of Friday 31st May 2024 by filling in the form below. VOs may choose more than one date and depending on take-up, MCVS will distribute slots as follows:

- MCVS will allocate one date to all registered VOs applying from those indicated in the form, provided that at least one of these dates is still available on a first-come first served basis.

- Once all applicants are allocated one date, the rest of any available slots will be given to those VOs that indicate preference of having more than one date  and according to the selection of dates provided as much as possible.
