Walk and Talk
Walk and Talk is a new way of supporting those suffering from or caring for someone suffering from a mental illness in Malta, with a holistic approach combining physical and mental well-being.
Built on both personal and professional experience, this initiative aims to bring the community together to walk alongside one another, with the encouragement to talk openly about struggles, fears and stresses.
They provide refreshments and small tasks after a walk to further discussion and provide information as to how to seek further support.
Partnered with The Richmond Foundation, Mental Health Association and BirdLife Malta, as well as volunteers to talk about their own experiences, you can feel at ease to find your voice and see that you are not alone.
