How can a micro-state such as Malta have an impact far from its shores? Does the charity-approach work?

What can we do about an unfair and unequal world? SKOP member organisations are active locally and abroad in addressing such issues. They partner up with community-based organisations in places such as India, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Ghana, Guatemala, Peru and Bolivia. Some of their work here in Malta is contributing to making the world a fairer place as well as engaging the Maltese population in understanding what it means to be a citizen of the world.
